Energy is Our Superpower: Harness it with G3

Crab Nebula: Energy for 100,000 Suns (NASA, Chandra, 11/23/09)

Energy is at the core of everything and everyone on Earth.  That energy has a vibration specific to each of us, that we use to create our world.

The vibration we use to create our worlds is directly connected to our thoughts, feelings, intentions and actions.

If our thoughts and feelings are positive, this raises our vibration; if our thoughts and feelings are negative, so too is our vibration.

It is in these very vibrations, stamped with each of our unique fingerprints, that our world and the world at large is created through.

This is where the next part of G3 or The Formula That Changed It All:  A Practice of Gratitude comes in…

G3 isn’t only about focusing on the positive, that is just the first step.

The next step is how we harness our energy, our expression of it, as seen in our unique vibration; to create.

Part 2 of G3 combines the Power of 3, gratitude, and intention to manifest, achieve goals and evolve into greater versions of ourselves, thus creating an evolved world around us.

But first…some disclosures…

G3 should:

  • Not be used at the expense of something else
  • Not interfere with someone else’s free will
  • Not be used if you have angst or attachment to the outcome of what you are asking for (if you do, go back to part 1 of G3 and do other energy clearing to remove this-otherwise this next part won’t work)
  • Be focused on evolving your perception of the world and your own path
  • Be used with the understanding that it is only as powerful as your belief in it
  • Be used with the understanding that it will not interfere with experiences (whether positive or negative) that are necessary for us to realize and fulfill our purpose in this life.

G3 Part 2:

  1. Write 3 things you want to manifest, achieve, create or evolve.
  2. Start each of these 3 things with, “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,” and write them in such a way that says you are already achieving it, or you already achieved it.
  3. Be specific, and visualize them (what it looks like, how you feel having achieved it), the more details, the better.
  4. Do not focus on “how” it will be achieved; when we focus on the how, we narrow the possibilities it can be achieved, as the human brain can only conceive a small percentage of ways.

While doing this process, it is very important to focus on how you can take action, how you can evolve to create space for what you are trying to create, manifest, or achieve.

We cannot go about our days thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same feelings, walking the same steps of yesterday; we are just reinforcing the status quo, and building more yesterdays while wondering why nothing changed.

Instead, we must start thinking, feeling, and walking the steps of a new present; to achieve the outcomes we seek for our future self.
